Hi All,

Well, I am sending this message back again, since it was not accepted on the list. It is somewhat hard to reach the development team :/.

Anyway, one additional month later, the message still applies, but is aimed at hackers@ principally.

Cheers,

	Akim

>> Hi all,
>>
>> I'm member of the EPITA R&D Lab (LRDE). EPITA is a French engineer school in computer science. The LRDE has a monthly seminar, typically on the Wednesdays afternoon by the end of the months. The theme is "Performance and Genericity", which basically means that we are interested in how people factor their algorithms while maintaining performances on par with adhoc code.
>>
>> I'm in charge of this seminar this year, and I am personally interested in how people implement languages. We don't know Oz Mozart well, yet we know it's an unusually rich language, with support for a large set of programming paradigms. As such, there's no doubt you have interesting things to tell.
>>
>> Would some of you, Oz Hackers, be ready to come to Paris for a talk? If you come from not too far (say, Belgium for instance :), then we will pay for the transportation.
>>
>> The audience is composed of researchers (not in language implementation, but they are aware of the topic), and EPITA students. Talks typically range from 1h to 1h30 + 30min of questions. Usually we invite two people on related topics. Most of the talks are in French, but English is fine too. Dutch will probably not do :)
